roscene v3

As most of you know roscene was delayed way to much over the last year (well maybe 2 years). The main reason was of course the lack of time and second was that we couldn't decide on a final design. We are now finalizing the structure and main areas that roscene will cover (2d/3d programming, 2d/3d graphics, web development, computer generated music, game development and many more interests that cover the computer art in general). We hope that your wait will be awarded with a great site and a community to help evolve the romanian demoscene and more. Meanwhile for the first issue we need your support.
